How to enter WOTM
Entering the Website of the Month competition is simple. Once nominations have opened, click here. Before clicking it is advised that you read the Rules and Other Information sections.
Deadline to enter
Website submissions (deadline to enter) will close on the 12th of each month. All submissions after this date will be blocked and you will be ineligible to enter for the next months’ competition.
Deadlines
The deadlines are under review - for the time being they will be announced each month seperately.
Rules - Read Carefully!- You must be an active member of the forums (definition for active at bottom of post).
- You must have at least 25 posts to submit your website for nomination.
- You may only submit one site per month
- The submitted site must be your own work/design, not someone else's or a template.
- Content Management Systems such as Joomla, Wordpress and Textpattern are allowed only if they have been re-styled by you, the contestant.
- If you failed to win the competition in one month, please wait for three months to re-submit the same website.
Voting- You may vote only once.
- You may vote for yourself.
- You may not create duplicate accounts. If you are found to be violating this rule, you will be disqualified and warned without hesitation.
- You must have Twenty Five (25) or more posts to vote.
Other information- Discussions about individual sites can be conducted in the voting thread.
- A maximum of ten websites will be included in the voting thread.
- If more than ten websites are entered, the first ten entered will be featured. If you are one of the websites that were left out, you can re-submit your site the next month.
- The prize will be SuperMember status, or, if you are already SuperMember, something else!

What if I win?
If you win the prestigious Website of the Month competition, you will be presented a logo with the month you won the competition and the year.
We recommend that you post this logo on your website and link it to the thread saying where you have won. We don't force you into doing this but we recommend it as it gives your website good publicity.
Website of the Year
If you win the WOTM competition you will automatically be entered into the WOTY (Website of the Year) competition. This is exclusively for WOTM winners of that year.
If you do not wish to be included in this exclusive competition, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Infractions / Bans
If you have recently received an infraction from Webforumz Staff regarding Advertisements, you may not submit your website to the WOTM competition unless it has expired (red box goes away form under your name!).
Definitions
Active:-
An active member helps the Webforumz community with issues that they have whether it be regarding Web Design or the forum in general.
Also by being an active member you abide by the rules set by Webforumz. If you are found to be abusing the rules, you may be disqualified from entering the WOTM competition.
Rule Revision
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE RULES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AT ANY TIME.
