Ok, firstly, ensure there's no intro movie that can't be skipped on the new version!

Also, you can achieve smoother animations by raising the FPS.

I'm not 100% sure that Flash is really the right technology to use for a site such as this though. The transitions are nice, but more of your content isn't getting spidered by search engines and it's generally not as accessible as pure HTML...

Yeah, this really shouldn't be a flash website. Just doesn't look good as flash, content takes too long to load, people can't bookmark your pages, and to be honest the animations take too long (raise FPS if nothign else).

It's not a bad site don't misunderstand me, just the Flash isn't done properly so it really takes away from the site itself instead of adding to it. I would suggest re-thinking the flash and probably go HTML/CSS.

Note about Flash Intros....

Flash intros shouldn't be on a page by themselves. This really hurts you SEO, your appearance, and your potential clients. If you have to have a flash intro I suggest making a small box on your index page and placing it there. That way you can have your flash intro and not lose potential clients before they even get to the site.
