Re: E-commerce models HELP PLEASE!

.... in what respect?

Most sites are geared up with a cart for product or service ordering and then take payment via an array of different gateways including paypal, protx, worldpay, etc.

Is this what you mean?

Re: E-commerce models HELP PLEASE!

In a question in my assignment it says:

A young entreprenuer is looking to set up and operate an online business catering to the computing hardware and software marketplace and is in need of expertise about how to go about it. As a consultant you are to discuss the different models avaiable and provide an example for each, and recommend the most appropriate model.

Re: E-commerce models HELP PLEASE!

One method would be to use a 'click n build' approach...

Whereby the computer buyer, would virtually build his PC online, and then purchase....

The computer would then be delivered to his preconfigured requirements.
