Pay bill online

I am the web designer for a company Webmasters of America. We design and sell websites and would like people to be able to pay for their monthly hosting through our website.

We also have a client that would like people the be able to pay their monthly bill for trash pickup on their site.

Does anyone know of a good company that can do this.

It would also be great if we could find a company that could do this as well as handle the money on an ecommerce site, where our clients sell their products.

I am currently looking into paypal, but don't think it will do exactly what I need.

Yeah, I would think a credit card processing program would suit you a little better than PayPal. I'm not really familiar with any, but Google will probably give you some good links!

Google Checkout might work as well. Use a free cart such as Mal's Ecommerce and use Google checkout as your payment processor.
Google is offering no fees until 2008. And I believe their % of each sale is less.
