Pricing established revenue site
Hello,
I am thinking of selling one of my websites. What is a fair price to ask, one years income, two years income? (eg) site earned $35k in '05' & $40k in '06' Just curious of what I could expect if I were to sell. Thanks |

Re: Pricing established revenue site
As well as income, I think you also need to evaluate your assets:
- Page rank - Search engine rankings - Traffic (number of unique daily visitors) - Content (textual and images - the more you have, the more the website is worth.) etc, etc....
