Pricing established revenue site
Hello,
I am thinking of selling one of my websites. What is a fair price to ask, one years income, two years income? (eg) site earned $35k in '05' & $40k in '06' Just curious of what I could expect if I were to sell. Thanks

More than that I would think. I'm not really an expert or anything, but I know one of the other admins here sold a site a while back using an auction. Let the buyers battle it out!

As well as income, I think you also need to evaluate your assets:
- Page rank - Search engine rankings - Traffic (number of unique daily visitors) - Content (textual and images - the more you have, the more the website is worth.) etc, etc....
