Embed a blog?

Is it possible to embed a blog anywhere on my site? I don't want the blog to take over an entire page. rather, i would just like to embed it in a table or something on home2.html.

i built those gif images in PS and i i can't make them editable unless i go back in PS and edit the text layers, save it, put them in the site in dreamweaver, then republish. right now they are just floating gifs on top of a background. should i just make the "body" column (under the header) part of the background in PS and just leave the header as a floating image? However if I do that, then how do I get the page to auto-fit in different resolutions? i tried "repeat" in dreamweaver and go this http://www.designproper.net/Untitled-2.html
I can't figure out how to make everything look uniform while also making it easy to edit text in the body. In a perfect world i would like the "line pattern" bg to auto stretch and fill up all unused space. I would like to edit the body column region in dreamweaver with the text tool (not have to go into PS and edit layers etc...) and i would like the header and body column to always be centered.
