Has anyone ever used this? If so how do I change my layout from the default one to one I d/led from them?

go to ur cpanel's file manager and upload the files in the appropiate folders

There's loads of themes you can download or you can make your own. If you go to wordpress.org there's a lot of info on them. so check that out.

If you have already downloaded a theme, make sure to put it in your theme folder which should be in wordpress>wp-content>themes.
Then log into the wordpress control panel and click presentation. Your new theme should be available. Look for the thumbnail of your new theme and click it. Your new theme should then be installed. I hope that helped.

Yep or you can always make your own theme, their are loads of tutorials our there to help you make your own theme.

Wordpress themes are kind of bleh, although I understand the usefulness and ease of them, I prefer not having to adhere to a template structure.
