hi , i have an application that work with sql2000 , this application run in two different network that networks are connected to internet with ADSL modem , the databases are the same , how can update databases when we have a change of data in one of then ?

You cannot just have one? If they were on the same network you would be able to synchronize the file else I don't think there is a way unless you tell your scripts to update both databases.
