need an IE hack please

hi, i am working on this site http://www.css.upfrontec.com/ , however, i am having problems to display it properly on IE. works fine on FF.
any idea on how to hack this? thanks.

For starters, remove the first line of your code;

Its not 'required' and it throws IE into confusion.

You also have a all-browser problem. If the width of the browser's viewing window is reduced to less than 1024px, your header image breaks out of the design to the right.

I'll leave you to try and fix that yourself first.
