Content appears fine in Firefox and Netscape but not IE

I've recently managed to get my links on my site working so they display content in a div on the same page. I've just discovered that the content that appears is formatted in Firefox and Netscape, but in Explorer that text is just default black times new roman 12.

This is the link! (Click on home.)

Anyone have any idea why this would be happening? I was also wondering whether I should create and attach a CSS file to the content page, maybe that will make a difference??

Debugging is my least favorite job in the CSS designing process. Generally, I create things and view them in Safari, Firefox and IE each time I add a new class so I can spot where the problem is instead of having to deconstruct everything afterwords. Try rebuilding it while watching what each property does.

I could not get the site to appear in either IE or Opera and having looked at it in Firefox and the code behind it I personally think you should rethink the whole thing.

Didn't show in Safari either.
