CSS Text box
I am trying to create a text rollover link that will open a text box(container) that floats to the right.
Can someone help...please.

Consider placing your textarea inside a div and hiding the div until such time as the text link is rolled over.
Look at using the pseudo :hover with an <a> link.

If you want the text box to stay open after the mouse moves off of the link, you'll need to use JavaScript. If you only use CSS, it won't work in IE.
