Changing css with page refresh

I am a web designer and had a peculiar client. He wants the web page
to change its look as soon as the page is refreshed. i.e., the css
file should change on refreshing the page. Can anyone send me the
code for this? Plz send it as soon as possible friends.

I take it you mean if someone refreshes the page in their browser?

And do you mean each time or just the first time they do it?

There are many options for changing style sheets, the best solution I would think is to use a server side language such as PHP to dynamically load css files stored in a folder the same way you would do an image rotator. This one could be modified for that purpose I think:

Are you talking about loading a random Style to the page each time it is loaded? The only problem I can see with that is if it changes as you navigate around the site then users may get confused... Especially if the position of things changes from style to style...
