Please advise on this navigation

Hi all
hope you are fine
I am building a new website for a client, please see the attached files
there are 2 files, one for normal navigation, another for mouse over navigation (on about us link)
I need to know that there is a way to make this in css or not ?
could i make such a navigation using only css ?
The menu should expand when user's mouse is over the about us link...

You don't really need it.
Stu Nichols writes very clean code.

I had another look at the CSS and HTML of both those links and the are very easy to understand.
BTW I have adapted the first menu to show RTL and LTR it works fine - you may even be able to use it for Persian/Arabic fonts.
