If you are looking at building a form, check out the HTML and Programming forums. Here's a few tutorials too:If you're looking at styling your form, you can use the selectors form, input, textarea, label, fieldset and legend to style your components. Usually these are borders, backgrounds and colours.

For more control of styling, check out badboy's Niceforms script for customising radios and dropdowns, plus adding hover and active effects to form elements.
