Border colour in Opera

Can someone answer me a question please? Why doesn't Border colour work in Opera even when its defined within a CSS layout ?? I'm probably being really thick here and theres a really obvious answer..but Opera really doesn't want to know. (The code is all XHTML validated) Thanks in advance Nim |
