Question limitations in dreamweaver MX

Hi people, i've got another question, dreamweaver MX seems to be limited in terms of text styles and special effect and styling using CSS. Are there any add-ons or service packs for it?

There is nothing Dreamweaver cannot do that all browsers cannot do. True, it doesn't support full CSS3, or even all of CSS2 (specifically with it's GUI buttons), but what browser does?

Even though the buttons may not appear there, in the upper left there is a dropdown list in which you can select CSS2 and all of the properties supported will be listed there. As you couldn't possibly make all features a button. (well you could but then you obviously wouldn't have a work area for code or preview).
