100% page height
I am trying to design this website:
http://www.fuzzee.info/V2/ and I am having trouble getting it 100% high. Here's an example: http://www.fuzzee.info/V2/image1.jpg so far, it is all HTML and CSS, so the browser source code is good enough as reference. I bet there's someone out there who can tell me how to do this! Last edited by fuzzee; Jun 12th, 2007 at 13:29. |

Re: 100% page height
Check out the sticky footer by Ryan Fait. Works great.
As for the left and right border going all the way down, you might want to have a look at Faux Columns method. |

Re: 100% page height
I tried to build the "CSS Sicky footer" into the site, but it only works in IE!!!
Mozilla ignores the height comand: maybe because my content is a "display:inline-block;" div?? |

Re: 100% page height
somehow Firefox is ignoring any height value I give it...
Can anyone see the problem there? |

Re: 100% page height
Ok. I got it all figured out, by redesigning the site around the sticky footer theme. Thanks for the help.

Re: 100% page height
Thanks for giving my code a go
I've been spending my spare time (not there's much of it) working on more complex layouts for the 100%-height-with-a-sticky-footer style sheet. My inbox is filled with beginners asking about getting two and three column layouts that render properly x-browser. If anyone knows how to stop time in a more tasteful fashion than the Napoleon Dynamite method, let me know and I'll give it a go |
