Arrested for wrong coding?

So what's this all about then? Can u really be prosecuted for incorrect code? If so, in which countries and by doing what exactly? Is this to do more with font size etc (readable by sight impaired)? Or what? And where are these rules, if any?

The program makers seem to be the real criminals by giving designers the possibility to do fonts of certain sizes.

i think uve lost site of the "legality" issue.

say a college or university had material for the course in a pdf and no other version, by doing tht, a blind user would not be able to read ther material (as the programs that read pages for example, cant read .pdf) Then the student would fail...

that would be a case to sue or to legally make the site change the way the data is dsiplayed (or give a substitute). You cant get "2 years" for using the <br /> Tag like <br> or anything silly like that...

so it would not apply in the case of your site
