Why doesn't my bottom jpeg go to the bottom?

i think whats happening is that because i'm floating the left and right column theres nothing there so to speak. So i took the float:left out of the left column and it worked but the right column doesnt float, it goes underneath the left column.

Any help?

no, its the base border - the frame at the bottom. that is at the top when it should be at the bottom so that everything is inside the frame.

Oh gee... I see you said "bottom.jpeg" and it is actually called bottom jpeg. Sorry... I'm not blonde but it was a blonde moment!

It's positioning itself "relatively" to a parent element. If you add some code you can place it where ever you'd like it to be .. something like this:

    top: 1500;
    }
