probelm with sub menus

I am having problems with a sunb menus, I can'#t seemt o place them where I want to ? ...getting mysaelf very confused!!! Especially as the borders have disappeared as well...can anyone help?

the top menu moves as I mouseover the link with a sub menu as well...I must be going wrong somewhere...

1. I dont see NE av the problems yu menshun.
2. The problem is it take forever tu never lode...me gave it 5 minut & it stil sae hav 6 more piks tu lode. It hav boxes than look lined up & redee for sumthang tu go in em.
3. oenlee thang that mite be a menu is 1 line in top av box 2 down, rite half..."home, about us..."
It looked normal for mouse over & mouse out. I did not tri tu klik it.

I don;t know why it took 5 minute to load, it should be almost instant...and the menu is not working probably...

I got the submenu working on mine and it loaded nearly in no time at all.
