Best Software to edit CSS Websites
Hi:
Can anyone recommend me the best software to edit CSS driven websites where i can see the actual CSS website in graphical way. I tried editing the css website through Dreamweaver, but it does no show some of the features. Please tell me if there is any other excellent software available in the market for that purpose.

There's really no good graphical way to code CSS. Coding by hand is the only way to design sites well.

i am concered abt the menus in CSS. they are not shown in the design view of dreamweaver, but appears in the preview. I wanna edit those things for which im looking for a nice software.

Like Ryan said, you won't find a software that will do this stuff for you! Learn to hand-code it! There are sooooo many resources on this forum and on the internet that there really is no excuse.
Hand-coding is always the best way to get you page done properly. I mean ... you wouldn't want a machine kissing your girlfriend for you would you?  So ... don't let the machine code the page for you ... do it yourself.

i mean like arabic language works from right to left
i have designed the page for english language that is left to right. Now is there any way i can change the layout of the page to right to left keeping the same design and shifting the meu etc to right etc?

If you designed your site properly, you should be able to just change float: left to float: right and using the direction property in CSS to rtl ... I'm not sure how many browsers support this property tho so you'll have some testing to do.
