problems with CSS-P in firefox!!
I have designed a page with CSS-P which has anchor links at the top that go to sections within the page, and 'back to top' anchor links that return the user to the top. (these are hotspots over images) In IE this works fine.
However, in firefox the page loads fine, and when using the 'back to top' links its ok (appart from minor graphics issue), but when using the top links the page content(all div id's) are pushed up by about roughly 300px wrecking the layout!!! I cant figure out why?? I have seen similar pages with similar code and they work ok in firefox. Anyone got any ideas/solutions.............................??? |

Re: problems with CSS-P in firefox!!
Hi, thanks. I have uploaded html for the page and included the css in header(usually I use external ss).
I have altered the #map and removed a <br style="clear:both" /> code in html body that I had above the <div id="map">. this has improved matters, but I'm still losing the nav bar at the top in firefox when moving about the page with links. I am using google maps, and the positioning/inclusion of this seems to throw the page out. Cheers for any light you may be able to shed on this annoying problem......... |
