I really don't see the point? It's like one of those things you think "Sure, that COULD be done, but what's the point?" It takes ages to render.... it's....crazy. You could just give the image to flash and do most of the work there and have a filesize of about 30k. ----------------- Actually, I've just had a look at the code and now I think it's even more stupid. In assumed that the point of putting the image into divs like this, was so that the effects would be automated...but they're not. There's a seperate stylesheet with hex values for ALL the pixels for every single effect. So it's even more pointless than before. I'm completly lost here - WHAT IS THE POINT?! It would be easier for a server-side program to generate the images or indeed, for flash to do it on the fly. Hell, it'd be easier to do it myself and set it up that way. |
