CSS Float Issue

Every once in a while, I decide to recode my site. This time, I've definitely slimmed both the XHTML and CSS down quite a bit. But for two problems...

First, in IE5, the top menu is nowhere to be seen. I can't explain it. I know IE5 isn't that important, but it's nice to have it work in everything.

Second, if there is a way to stop the stupid float from slipping underneath the black half, I'd really be grateful to hear about it. This has been bugging me. If only IE supported min-width

I removed the min-width on the body so people can see what its doing if they don't have IE at hand. Works great in IE6, Safari, Mozilla (Firefox), Opera and IE5 Mac

Re: CSS Float Issue

Very few. About 1% I believe. The float problem is IE6, however.

Re: CSS Float Issue

At work they specifically tell clients IE 6 or better only will be supported. I love it!
