layout not working in ie

I recently created a new tabless css theme for my wordpress, and it looks fine on my firefox 2 and ie 7. However, My friend told me that it looked off (the content was way at the bottom) on his internet explorer 6.

Can someone help me figure out what is wrong? Thanks!

the site.

It would be polite to let people on the forum know you have found a solution.

What solution? There is still something wrong with the coding, and there's still a gap between my 2 floats.

When I followed your site link to look at the problem, the top entry on the page was to the fact that you had been given a solution.

Re: layout not working in ie

I thought it had worked but apparently some people still report errors and there's a gap. So I guess what I found was only a temporary solution. :/

Re: layout not working in ie

Looking at your site with Firefox, Opera and IE6 on XP, the only problem that you need to do anything about is the fact that you top-right image is 1px to the right in IE6.

You could take care of this by shifting it 1px left with css in an IE only conditional expression.

There is a slight difference in height distribution probably caused by differences in text rendering but it's noting to beat yourself up about. Just accept it.
