Copyright issue

Right im thinking of learning php to make my own hosting website, but the only thing is, i have a question, u know if i make one, and i use a free upload php script from the internet, does that mean i cant copyright my website to me? because im using another code i found on the internet?

I am unsure about your question - check the copyright on the site where you are getting the code from...

You will need to check the site that you got the code from and see what licence it has been released under. if you can post a link to the page you got the code from then we will be able to have a better understanding of what we are dealing with.

some sites (phpbb.com for example) allow you to copyright your site as long as you include their copyright.
