How to get clients???
Dear All,
I am currently looking to gain experience outside of my company as its all in house work, I want to build sites for clients so that my portfolio looks better for future emplomers.
Does anyone know of free sites that I am able to advertise my skills with? When I say this I mean sites that other people will actually look at.
Regards
Wayne

Re: How to get clients???
You might think of non-profits and or small businesses (sole owner) Non-profit could be local groups, churches, local busines or specialty groups. Really, if they don't have a site, see if they would like one...especially for non-profits and you it is a win-win situation. Good luck!

Re: How to get clients???
Gotta be proactive when you first start out...in other words...you go to them...not them come to you...it is harder to say no when you are face to face. Besides businesses and even non profits are impressed by those who are go getters.
