I'll build it for you free if you can fix my credit

But if you don't go for that... there's plenty we can do to help but we need to know where you're starting from. Do you know ASP already, and SQL Server or Access?

Since you're storing Social security numbers you'll probably want your system to run with a SSL certificate so their information is viewed securely.

Beyond that you're looking at designing and building a database for your information, a secured login system, client view and request forms, admin add/modify/delete form, some emailing with CDONTS or ASPmail, etc. No once piece is really that complex, you just need to get them all built and working together.

What do you mean where is he getting the deal? he's getting the deal from American Financial Solutions, Inc. in California. And if it's cost your talking about, it's regular $499 plus $30 for the credit reports. So I think that's a good deal to me.
