Fireworks and Christmas is a callin' ....

Well, we all survived, noone was maimed and no limbs were lost.....:nono2: We made it through another fireworks night. We nearly had the proverbial bonfire in the back garden too but fortunatley the fireworks that fell off the wall just shot round a few times, screamed passed Robs head (he even had the soot line across his temple to prove it) and went out ....... Rob and I were traumatised :bann: and the kids thought it was great....... as the last rogue firework fizzled out the kids were shouting for 'More!' and Rob and I were in counselling........ lol
Rob's taken cover here in WFHQ :rudolph:as the kids and I get all excited about Christmas, the tree, the gifts, the food, the parties..... we are decorating the tree with homemade cookies hung on ribbon, according to the boys.... whats the betting that the tree is bald by the first evening??! Perhaps thats not such a good idea.... I completley cheated with the shopping, all online and in an hour and some great bargains too... why would I want to troop the kids around the shops in the cold when I can sit with a cup of earl grey and the laptop on a comfy sofa? .... I see the nods, well you would agree, you are all tekkies....
Rob and I have been working on a website for student midwives, take a look its www.studentmidwife.net it boasts many great features and is hughly informative. WF goes to University lol...

Josie, Have you considered using Rob as the tree? He's free and you only have to feed and water him if you want to....and when they holidays are over, he can take himself to be recycled or whatever you do with old holiday trees. And, you will not have to buy him a holiday present. Sounds like a win win situation to me. lol

hahahahahahahhahah, you could be on to something there sannbe, he sits at his PC for days on end, so I could just put the presents at his feet and stick a star on his head.... top idea

Charming! What about decoration? I bet you can wrap him up in some Christmas lights, and hang little ornaments from his ears...
