	Depends on your needs but there are many many many low cost and free solutions out there. sourceforge.net, versiontracker.com etc.. any of those sites will help. Edit: Just thought of this but maybe NVU would be good for you. Its free and has a WYSIWYG editor, although I am against such things it may be what you need.
