Looking for a bug tracking system
We are looking for a bug tracking system for our organization. We are mainly looking for an application that is easy to configure, allows working on multiple projects in the same time and has a Windows and Web user interface. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Bugzilla is very good: http://www.bugzilla.org/ although it doesn't have a Windows interface.
