Standards for website?

Hi all,
I have developed three to four websites which are working fine and now that we feel
websites are not meeting the standards so i need to implement standards to confirm
the long life of my websites.
Can anyone please suggest me any backtracking method which i can use so that i can
carry out my modifications without disrupting the workflow of my sites.
If possible also provide with the Coding standard list for .net using c#.
Thanks and regards:

What standards are you talking about? Coding standards or accessability?

That article is a decent one regarding coding standards for .NET. However, coding standards are also developed in house and many times reflect how your company wishes to write code.

There are also standard for web development you may want to read here...

Ultimately however, standards are something your company will need to decide upon. Many companies decide on the standards and write a coding standards document that all developers sign and agree to.
