Definetly not. ASP is Visual Basic, whereas JSP is Java. The two not only contain completly different syntaxes, but often completely different ways of doing the same thing.

Whilst automatic conversion between the two languages could never be relied upon 100%, it can actually do the *bulk* of the work for you.
