Advertising directory software

Hi

I'm struggling to find an automated advertising directory software package to suit my needs. Doing it myself is out of the questions

Does anyone know of any good and reasonably priced packages available which can be modified?

If I don't find a solution soon I'm going to have to pay for the work to be done.
