Is ASP the ideal Language?
I am attempting to change a excel spreadsheet with a fair number of formulae into a webpage with the same functions so that clients can pull their own quote calculations.
I have been told that ASP is in all probability the better option to do so. Is this correct? and if so how do I go about converting the excel data into HTML. |

Yeah i agree this is correct, I think the code used in Excel is VB and ASP uses VBScript so you should be able to look at the spreadsheet code, work out what its doing and re-write it in VBScript. If you've never done any ASP before you're gonna struggle with this, sorry!

*grin* Guess I'm in for a struggle then.
How do I get to the spreadsheet code to ascertain what it looks like? |
