[SOLVED] Please Send Me a Link

Right I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but can someone give me the direct link to xamp download thing so i can test PHP on my computer? The reason I'm asking is because when I go to the website, it says operation aborted, I need it for Windows Vista. I need the direct link to the download please.
