Staff Policies & Rewards
At Webforumz we are committed to ensuring all staff are aware of their roles, are supported in their roles and are rewarded for their valued contribution.
I have been working on a set of policies and procedures to this effect. These have now been approved by the Admin team. Please find attached two of the new policies, the complete staff handbook can now be found in the All Staff area. Current staff Please make yourself familiar with all of the documents and to take up the offers made in the Reward policy please see Rob's post in the staff area. Its a time of opportunity! Webforumz is always looking for new forum staff, so if you are an active member who is polite and professional at all times then we want to hear from you! Please contact Jack Franklin or welshstew for more information. In addition, we are working on further projects that will greatly reward staff - details will be announced to all when the time becomes appropriate.
