Pay-Per-Click advertising

Hi,

I'm interested in using this service but can't seem to find out how much it costs and what sort of return you get on your money. I have just launched my practice and don't have a lot of funds to pay an extortionate bill.

Any information anyone can offer would be gratefully received.

I like google so that would make sense, it is definitely the most popular at the moment.

Re: Pay-Per-Click advertising

https://adwords.google.com/select/

You only pay when someone clicks your add, you also set an amount per click (example 0.25) so each time someone clicks your add u pay google 25pence or cents, whatever your currency your using.

To make it alot better, rather than getting any kind of general visitor, you can refine it so you ad only appears when certain keywords are entered into google.

Re: Pay-Per-Click advertising

Hi Smokie,

What is the difference for pay per click and getting the search engines to finding the site when people put in a keyword. I really don't understand all of this.

Re: Pay-Per-Click advertising

SEO is search engine optimization, this is getting your site highly ranked through natural ways on search engines.

Those google ads are (PPC) pay per click, they dont effect your ranking at all on the internet they only try and attract visitors through advertising means.
