Does your website generate income?

Trying to search for this information is insane. Pretty much anything I found looks like spam or gimmicks. Though I've heard great things about google ad-sense.

Or tips or tricks?
I've have some big ideas. But since I'm new to Web Development I'd like to start with something small and see if I can generate enough money to devote my time to my big ideas.

On google ad-sense...NO, but I do make way more than that per year on my website income...but only one of my websites seems to be doing well with ad-sense...and I make about $100 dollars on that website...too bad it is my clients money...lol

Maybe I can build I don't know about 600-700 hundred of them and then work on some big ideas.

I know a few people who do what your talking about...... its called Black Hat Seo .... and it is the deepest pit of hell for anyone involved......

The only way your could build 600 - 700 sites is usine BH techniques .... dont do it... it will make you dirty

I made about 100 dollars on one of my sites over a year with Adsense. It generated quite a bit of traffic, though. I got about 5-10 clicks a day with 2-3 thousand visitors a day. It's not easy to make money with it.

Right, im going to say this once.... and once only .....

YOU DO NOT NEED BH TECHNIQUES

take it from someone who knows .... getting involved with black hat stuff, leads you into some very dark, dirty places, where you will meet some very unpleasant people who will hurt you (financially). Ultimatly it leads to problems with the police ... so stay out of it!

Conversion rates with adsense are appalling, there are many other affiliate progarms that offer a better return on traffic, the question is whether these sort of affiliates would "suit" your site ..... some will... but some most definatly wont.
