Question i guess i'll ask here, cms manual

i'm making a cms.
what format should I have the readme in?
there's gunna be a txt for basic quick start and another one for picture tutorials.
I though about PDF and CHM but they're not always accessible .
so html is it?

I would go with .html and .txt for all that boring stuff, lol.

You could do a screencast for the quick start tutorial.

if you do use txt make them images will lines they look well good.
