It depends what your definition of "not that hard" is!

If you are not familiar with programming terms and ideas then you might find it challenging.

These guys are definetly right - You should ideally use ASP or PHP. If you've ever used VB or VBA then ASP will be right down your street. If you've ever used Javascript then PHP might be more your style. There are many free tutorials for both available around the web which might help you decide if you're not sure or help you decide that you don't want to do this yourself and want to hire someone.

If you're not familiar in HTML code either, then you'd better have some cash or some spare time on your hands because if you don't learn it and do it yourself it'll cost you!
