text formatting questions

Here's a beginner question.
Would you ever set the body font/weight/font size on a page using an internal style sheet?

Re: text formatting questions

A book I have called "CSS Manual" recommended setting the overall page font and page links in an internal style sheet for ease.
Just wondering if that is common practice that all?

Re: text formatting questions

All CSS should be kept in a separate file... unless your just starting a layout and testing stuff out, it's nice to have inline style but after that ... everything goes in the external CSS.

Re: text formatting questions

Yeah, inline CSS is only a good idea if you're doing something once on your entire site.
