how do you make flash load before playing?

I had create my flashsite one month ago and now I must ask you to help me with one disadvantage of it , here is my site http://www.freewebs.com/12tren4/index.html , when you view it , the preloader are loading to about 42% and my .swf begin to play , how can I make it load to 100% and play after that

hmm...it loaded a hundred percent for me the first time.
When i reloaded it, it took a shorter time. (because it had already loaded once)
I was using Firefox.....

What version of flash are you using? 2004 or 8?

Loaded to 100% for me as well the first time. Did not bother to try a second. But I am sure it would do the same thing. I am using Firefox 2.1!!

You can see 100% -> then my swf play
I open it in IE , still that as I said you , now is firefox , look at my attached file

Ok so you are telling us that it is loading for you correctly in firefox, but not in IE. In IE it freezes about half way though...then it jumps to 100%...that right?

IE or Firefox are also like that , but I think my problem is "Export at 1 frame"
I forgot to tell you that is use an index.swf to load mysite.swf and all exports at 1st frame , but I will test that way later , hope it run well but I 'm sure that my next problem is Assets of Sample Theme , I must disable function " Export at 1st Frame " of these Assets and my attempt to use Sample theme is broken

One more small question : do you see my page run well , at the computer I am using at the moment , I view my page runs very slowly ?
