Inserting an image in a Scrolling text.

I'm making a webiste which required the viewer to scroll down to read the information. Well I solved that problem with the UIScrollbar. This way the viewer dosen't have to see the entire page go down but just the text itself. Now my problem is how do I insert an image in the text so it look like it is scrolling along with the text text. If that doesn't make any sense, please post and I'll try to explain more.

I am not really sure...as I normally build my own scroll bars and text boxes that way they match the site that I am building.

How do you make your own scrollbar and textbox? Is there a tutorial or something?

Sorry it took so long to reply. I checked that link out. But I can't pay for that. I'm just a junior in High School. So if anyone knows a free tut or can help guide me please post it.

I hate to say it but without building a scroll bar...you probably are not going to be able to insert an image within it. As when you build one...you can make what scrolls a movie clip...so images could be included...where as normally it would be just a text box...where you can only have text!!

Edit 2nd- The medal looked good when I di it on the edit screen. But when it posts it I guess it pushes everything to the left. Well Thanx again.

Jacob- Well that is what I need help on, building a scrollbar from scratch. But if there is a way of doing this without flash, that would be helpul to know also. Because I've seen sites which use the same concept but it is not flash based.

I thought you had a flash website, and that is why you wanted a flash scroll bar...now you have me all confused.

Jacob- I needed the viewer to not have to scroll down to see the page but instead have it were the whole page stays in one place and just have the text, pics, etc scroll. I guess it is my fault for not explaining it right. Sorry.
But I thought the easiest way to do that is the scrollbar in flash. But if you know an easier way to do it in dreamweaver(that is what i have) or something please post it.

Yeah, I don't really think you can have an html page be scrolled by a flash scroll bar. I would say this question would be best asked within the HTML forum...try your luck there, sorry I could not be of more help.

Well you can. All you have to do is make the flash file with the text and scrollbar and then "insert flash" in dreamweaver. I had no problem with it as long as it was text in the scroll but when it came to images was when it was a problem. But I will take your advice and try my luck in the HTML forum.
