Okay I had a couple of ideas for mulling over - they're likely junk, but it's good to get them out!

• A worst website of the month competition - like you do with the good ones... where we all nominate bad sites for the month and then vote on the worst & give reasons

• For curtailing the off topic chat, while letting it run it's course, I had this crazy (and nicely difficult to implement) idea! Have a little off-topic-chat feature for every post so that people can have conversations without ruining the flow of the posts... so I envision:

where you click on a little image to see the extra random comments that people have put!

I don't know what you guys think - or if there are the resources to implement any of this - but I'm sharing the wealth of my creativity
