lost password

I am using phpmyadmin on cpanel. I can get to the database that way. However when I try to access the database from a admin page I get a 401. How can I find the password? I think someone may have changed it without my permision.
Please help.

Re: lost password

I'd copy the database to another database from phpmyadmin.

Re: lost password

php my admin does bug up occasionally, you can replace files if thats going to help.
The password is most likely encrypted somewhere in the database. I have some php tools that help you guess md5 encrypted passwords but i recommend contacting whoever could have changed it because its probably the faster way around.

Re: lost password

I would say it's a server problem, not yours.
