I think I do... I found out my Google PR went from 0 to 4 overnight after about a month of having my site up. I did some searching about it, and it seems a lot of people had sudden jumps in PR. Hasn't moved in a few months, though. My Alexa rank is steadily going down, however (which is a good thing)!

Just thought of something... if I had the time to redo MY site in CSS/XHTML I might bring up my PR?
No time so that's a dream!
