Really nice site. The design is nice, the layout is easy to follow and navigate and overall it's very appealing.
For those that do not have flash accessibility, do you have plans to show your recent work in another format? In this instance, I do not mind that you change colors on each page. Nice work! This group is going to warn you about using tables... so be ready!

The design is very attractive. As for the coding... not so attractive. Tables aren't meant for layouts. This site made with CSS and <div>'s, losing the tables completely, would be an A+.
