y would u want to use templates anyway....that crap is garbage! If you want to build a website, learn the code, so u have more freedom!

Haha, well I started with templates. It probably prolonged the time it took for me to code by hand, but it was certainly a stepping stone.

Templates are also good for us Programming types who enjoy web design but have not had the experience of making things look pretty. I can code a page in NotePad but make a nice looking logo, could take me days...

True. I'm fairly sufficient in graphic design, though. Although a lot of times I get these great ideas that look awesome in my head but suck on the screen. I hate that.
