I understand. If you have a menu over Flash, the drop downs will slip under the Flash move. It's really not a good idea to even try. Adobe's site seems to have come up with a solution that works in some browsers, but it's still bad in [at least] Safari. Maybe Google around a little bit, but I don't know if there's a solution.
